RED BANK Tenn. ? Police are investigating after a man wrote about launching a “feline jihad” to rid his Chattanooga suburb of stray cats.

The cat’s meow led boys to rescue feline
Four Santan area boys came to the rescue of a stranded cat recently and the feline thanked them by having six kittens the following day.
